I recently purchased a home with an indoor pool. Generally, everything is in good working order but as it was build in the 80's the environmental systems are beyond their sell but date. They installed a couple of extractor fans trigger by a humidistat along with an Electric Furnace with a damper controlling outside air.
I received a quote to replace everything with a Dectron system which seems like the ideal solution but the cost was $80k range and won't be a simple install given my space. The pool is relatively small at 13x26. I'm hoping someone has some recommendations for other alternatives to research. I doubt the Dectron will have an ROI in my lifetime so the original approach may be the only path forward.
