Gunite pool with vinyl liner..15years old.. Loosing 0.5"every day with solar cover closed. The leak detecting company came and added 5 patches and it still leaks. I know the liner is due for replacement. The lead time for liner order and installation is 2+ months. What else can I do in the mean time to save water? The water level is below skimmer now and I have turned off the pump. Just adding chlorine and stirring it manually. Pls advice.

well that sucks..
1. add 1/2 inch of water a day but where you live that might be jail time..
2. call every place in life within 100 miles and see/find the one that can install the soonest...
groveling and extra money works in your favor.. an extra $1000 dollars on top of whatever it costs as a tip would work in your favor
