Just bumping your thread, as I don't know much about IntelliChem. Maybe someone else will spot your thread. But we don't have a lot of IntelliChem users here. If no one chimes in, you might have to try Pentair support. I've always had good luck with them. If you don't get someone knowledgable about the IntelliChem at first, do what I do, hang up and call back and see if the next tech support person that answers is better!

That said, welcome to TFP. We can generally help you with all kinds of things pool, so we're glad you found us!

Oh, thought of one thing. What is your water temp? Most SWGs don't work in below 52° water, give or take. The component on Pentair SWGs that decides what your water temp is is not all that great. It might be that your old one was less sensitive to cold water. But you should be getting a cold water alert somewhere if that is the issue.

In the meantime, you might work on your signature. Stating your equipment is great, but if you put it in your signature it'll appear on every one of your posts, so us helpers won't have to keep looking for it, especially if your thread gets much longer. Something like my signature is especially helpful. https://www.troublefreepool.com/account/signature

Welcome to TFP.

The IntelliChem documents says it is compatible with the IntelliChlor SWG system.

There is no mention that the iChlor will work with the IntelliChem.

You can check with Pentair but I think you need and IC20/IC40/IC60 cell with the IntelliChem.
