Ichlor30 wont go above 50%

There’s no basis for that hypothesis.

They have no reason to think that they know which wires go to the green terminal block.

In any case, it seems that it should have worked with a jumper.

For the jumper, did you strip the ends of the wire to ensure good contact.

Did you also try it with nothing connected to the green terminal block?
Yup, tried with a solid wire jumper, not stranded wire. Also tried with the cover breaker entirely off, no matter what it still has the dreaded "C"

If the jumper does not work, it would seem that maybe the circuit board is bad or maybe something else?

Hard to tell.

If the green terminal block is simply a dry contact, then adding a jumper (closing the circuit) or opening the circuit should change the status.

Also, we have not definitely confirmed that the C is related to the cover position, although it seems likely.

Can you control the chlorinator through the automation?

Does the automation show any status or diagnostics for the chlorinator?

OK stupid question is the "automation" the easy touch? If so, yes I can raise it higher on that, or on the screen logic app, but neither of those higher numbers register on the ichlor 30.
