What are theses?
Tablet chlorine feeder. Usually used with Trichlor tablets. Never mix different types of tablets in a feeder.

The acid in tablets can damage any other equipment near the tablet feeder, and we do not recommend the use of them.

It has skimmers but not sure bout a main drain
Ok. If you look at the Jandy valve you will notice it has an "OFF" placard. That placard will point to the pipe that is currently closed off. Right now in your pictures, the valve is positioned so that both skimmers are fully open. If you have skimmers only in the pool, this is the correct operating position. You can identify which pipe leads to which skimmer by moving the off placard to one pipe (left or right side). Check at the pool which skimmer has stopped flowing water, and you know that pipe is attached to that specific skimmer.

You should not be able to if the valve is installed correctly, BUT NEVER under any circumstances should the off placard be pointed to the pipe that is indicated with the red arrow with the pump running. This will close off all water flow to the pump and potentially damage it.

If I’m reading the display screen right I have 6541 hrs on my iCHLOR 30 and they are built for 10,000hrs. So could it be something else that’s causing my salt LED light to be off?
SWG's typically last 6,000 to 10,000 hours.

10,000 is the optimistic life span.

O that is the first time I’ve opened that. So have they been there since the pool was built 3 years ago? And would that keep the salt cell LED light from coming on?
If they've been in there for 3 years and your chlorinator was set to position 5, there's something wrong with the chlorinator. Either way, the effects of acidity happen over time, not overnight by eating away at the rare metals of the SWG cell.

No.

Allen covered this earlier...

Use liquid chlorine as a supplement for your SWG when needed.

Please confirm you set production to 100% and the cell light stayed off……

This shows CELL and FLOW being green, indicating the cell is generating.

Have you called Pentair Support and discussed the way your cell is behaving?

This picture shows a low salt error with the cell light off. The cell will not produce with a low salt condition, thus the cell light will be off.

This picture shows the cell at some production rate with the cell light on. Have you tested the actual salinity with a known good kit? If not you need to, it’s impossible to diagnose a cell without having a concrete baseline of what the salinity actually is. If you have please post the salinity numbers you have tested.

Shouldn’t the low salt light be on all the time whether it’s green or red? It’s not on at all anymore. Or is it normal for it to be off
