IC60 reported hours

Looked yesterday at the reported hours on my IC60 that was installed in the spring of 2023. It is reporting:

• 2000 hours (20% LED on)

I would have thought the hours to be higher than reported. So if the count is accurate, I guess I am happy with that number. If the cell is removed during the winter, does it loose count of the prior runtime?

No.

It does not count every clock hour it is on, it only counts the hours that it actually made chlorine..
