IC40 not lighting up, power center fuse is good ???

Welcome to TFP.. a great place to find the answers to all your "Why did I give myself so much homework?" questions...

I read somewhere about the IC40's power supplies having intermittent fuse holders...

I would use a volt meter and test both input and output ends of the fuse holder for voltage.
