IC40 No Lights on Cell

I guess we will have to see.. I have two rent house saltwater pools that run 24/7.. One cell is over 10 years old (I can't believe it either) and I just replace the other one after 7 years.. The one at my house got hit by lightning, but was replaced under warranty and it has been running now for about 3 years..

I'll be interested to see if a new cell works with that power supply.
