IC40 Issue - Indicating Low Flow & 0 Salt

This season when I opened the pool the IC40 is indicating constant red for both low flow & low salt. I am seeing 0 salt reported in ScreenLogic. I did tests (using TFTest Kit) on the water including a salinity test and everything is spot on forum recommended levels including the salt which tested at 3400 ppm. I had some issues with the flow indicator in the past so I happened to have a replacement sensor which I decided to install. Unfortunately installing the new sensor resulted in no change. Pool temp is reading just below 60 which I understand would result in a lower that actual salt reading, but I have never seen it read 0 in the past at similar temps. I read a few things online indicating it could be a bad power supply board or just the entire unit going bad. Any recommendations on next steps in terms of troubleshooting?

M,

If the cell does not pass the flow test, it will never run the salt test...

Either you have flow or you don't... What does the water feel like coming back to the pool? What is your filter pressure?

If the actual flow is good, it has to be the flow switch assembly or maybe the connections where the new flow switch was added. You can temporarily short the red and black wires coming from the cell and confirm the flow light is out. Do not leave it that way..

You will need to fix the flow issue before moving on..

Thanks,

Jim R.

Flow from the returns is very strong and doesn't seem to be an issue. Filter pressure when the main pump is on high speed is around mid 20's which is normal for our pool. I will try to do the test you suggested by temporarily shorting the red and black wires and see if that makes the cell flow indicator go green.
