Or if the system is put in Service Mode outside it will say offline.
Mine only has 1bar out of 5 when looking at the diagnostics and it works well. It has a 12-14" concrete wall it has to pass through to get the wifi signal but still manages to get it.
If that still doesnt do anything, Id recommend temporarily relocating the antenna closer to the wifi signal with less obstructions to see if that helps, you dont have to bolt it down, just put it somewhere it seems like less obstructions to wifi signal path.
