Is anyone else not able to get their connection on iPhone to go green. I've reset the antenna switch and confirmed it is connected to my wifi. The app even after refreshing will not connect and stays red. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still nothing. I recall once before their system was out but I thought I got an message from their system.
 
Have you tried to log out and log back into account from app? Sometimes that clears things up.

My system is currently up so it doesn’t appear to be an outage on the server side.
 
A year or so back my app wouldn't connect. Somewhere (maybe here) I found instructions to log out everything: all web and app instances. Then cycle power on your internet router. Then log everything back in again. Kind of a pain, but it worked, and it was only once.
