Didn't find anybody else having this issue, but in the iAquaLink app settings for Freeze Protection obviously the pump is locked on, but the waterfall is off. I selected for the waterfall to be on in freeze protection and then hit save but when I go back in it's selected off again. I've tried it on a different phones and same thing. The waterfall option won't save "on" for freeze protection. It's a 6 year old TCX system on a house we just bought.

I feel like I'm missing something easy. Thanks.

What device is on the waterfall circuit?

What do you expect freeze protection to do with the waterfall circuit?

Have you called Jandy Aqualink support?

1. Just a valve to feed three waterfalls off the filter pump.
2. The back of the waterfall wall the piping is exposed where it goes into the concrete feature wall after coming out of the ground. . Trying to make sure that doesn't freeze. If the pump is running anyways i figure I might as well flow the waterfalls.
3. Not yet.

Freeze protection is pretty dumb.

If a pump is on the circuit, freeze protection knows to turn it on.

With only a valve freeze protection does not know how the valve should be positioned.

That is my guess of what is happening. See what Jandy tells you since they publish nothing about how freeze protection works, nor do they publish a manual on their Aqualink app.
