This application is so basic. All it does is expose the controller interface to a web browser/application interface. What it needs to be really effective is an admin mode where you have full control to make changes, set limits, lock out, and generate reports if you want (yes, it's called stream data to the cloud). Next, it needs user levels where basic control can be done, but not admin level (e.g. change temperature but not above/below limits, control access to pool schedule, etc). This way you can have guests and kids use the pool app without giving them the keys to the kingdome.

I would not hold my breath.

To Jandy their customers are the pool builders not the end user.
