IAquaLink issue with temp

I have searched for a solution but could not find my specific problem. I know that Zodiac has been having issues with maintanence. But.... in the temperature area on the opening page of my IAquaLink it says Pump Off. It does not give the temp. The kicker is, my pool pump is on and running and the IAquaLink switch to turn the pump on and off is in the on position but no temp is given and where the temp should be it says “Pump off”. If I go to the web and look at it, where it says Pool Temp, no temp is given but the word “open” is there.

Any ideas? This happened after the first maintenance shut down from Zodiac but I think that may just be coincidental.

I have attached screenshots and I hope you are able to see them.

All I did was log out and then log back in like they said to do. But I did not actually shut the whole system down an reboot. I will give that a try. Thanks.

I am not sure exactly what "open" means but usually it means the temp gauge is not working properly.

I have the same issue. How can I even check if a temp sensor has been installed?
