I had a new salt pool built almost a year ago. Everything works well except I can only control the chlorine production from the Aqualink Power center. The equipment installer told me that I had to choose one or the other, you can only see/control it from the iAqualink web app OR the Aqualink Power center controls. They left it so the Power center does the control.
After seeing several posts where people have both options functioning together I decided to look into it myself. Tried calling Fluidra Support last week and they told me to have my pool equipment guy call them for assistance. He couldnt fix it then, Im not having him come back out again or call someone else. This cant be that hard to fix.
Any ideas what might be wrong before I open up the Power center and look? Could it be that they left that 4 pin connector unplugged? Something else?
