I have a 24 round that i cannot get the water clear. I have tried an assortment of chemicals, my chlorine level is good, my ph is perfect. When vacuuming, the algae is blowing through my sand filter right back into the pool. I changed out the sand today cleaned the filter and i am still having the same problem, the water is clear if i put it in a container, but the whole pool looks cloudy. I am open to any and all suggestions, my pool tome is running out!

Try adding DE to your sand. It helped me.

Can you post up a full set of water test results, ideally using one of your test kits?
In my experience, a chlorine level of "good" is usually not. There is a lot of mis-information out there from people trying to sell you stuff. We can help you but need actual numbers to do so.
