I have an 12×30 pool above ground bestway pool and every time I put water in it air in the ring .but than the side caves in

I have filled this pool four times and it's like the side is weak it's all aired up and it just keeps folding over and losing all my water but do you think I can get a hold of the best way usually these pools are pretty good but I think I just got one with a weak side does anybody have a suggestions how I can fix it until I get another one

How level are you ? That's the usual reason for spillage.
