I guess the question now is? Do I rebuild or replace? Its leaking water and I already rebuilt 4-5 years ago.

I would replace it.

It has unions, so it should be fairly easy to replace.

It looks like the multiport might come with the same unions, but make sure with the seller.

You can reuse the unions, but it would be better to get new ones to screw into the multiport.
