Hey all! So happy to have found this group. I've been here lurking since February and by then we were already well into the process. Officially signed our contract last October, 2021, dug at Thanksgiving, and just plastered about a month ago. Been working on all the little odds and ends and finally was able to get the spa turned on this week. When they tell you building is fun, they don't tell you how much stress some situations can actually bring! But alas, we are finally nearing the finish line with landscaping next week. We aren't huge party people, but we are definitely going to have a little get-together soon before it gets too cold. But also we live in Texas, so that is basically never. LOL. Love seeing all the posts here!
