I Aqua link 🔗 problem

Hello all,
We are not able to open our Aqua link app to turn on heater or anything else really. It won’t refresh. Any tips on a reset so I can heat the pool today?

You can clear the cache and data. This requires you to login again but should result in it working again. That is assuming there isn't a network problem anywhere.

You might also want to turn the AC breaker to the Aqualink RS off and then back on to see if a reset helps it to restore operation.

I have no problems accessing the web interface on my system so the online servers do seem to be working okay.

Thanks for suggestions above. We tried those to no avail.
Aqualink support says it has to do with the wifi(Comcast) provider update that might require us to have a separate network? Way out of our league!
So, is there anyway to turn on the heater without using the app? At the panel?

Most likely your cipher is too advanced. If you go into your router and change it to a simpler cipher it will work. Now either you understand what I said or don't try it. I think you can also upgrade to the IQ30 antenna.

For now, take it out of remote mode at the heater panel. Then use the heater panel.
