Hybrid Pool Seams

I am repairing osmotic blisters in my hybrid pool fiberglass walls. Looking for recommendation for sealing seams between the fiberglass panels. While there are no leaks now it has been recommended that I reseal. I have heard of both a trowelable epoxy and Vulkem 116 being used but Vulkem data says not to use in chlorinated water ( I have a saltwater system so still chlorine)

Any other recommendations?
