One month after startup. Color settling in nicely. No major problems to report. Still testing frequently with my kit. CYA is around 40 right now so I've let the "pucks" dissolve out in the feeder; nothing left in there now. Adding Chlorine every day, right now using the granules the PB left me. They are Cal-Hypo 65% packets. Figured I'd use these until my CH gets up where I want it(I'm almost to 200 right now, Pool Math says they add CH). Have been adding Baking Soda to raise the TA a bit, and still going through some MA to lower PH, but not as much as before. Water is very clear and sparkling! So far so good...

Yes, my PB doesn't mess around once he starts. Our soil was the only one he could dig at the time so we were first up for every contractor. I had strict orders from the Mrs. that the pool WILL be done by summer or else...!
