How to set multiple rpm schedules with ScreenLogic?

The tech that installed my ScreenLogic automation set my rpm at 3200 for 7 hours. I have an intelliflo and I’d like to make use of the variable speed. How can I set two separate schedules? I’d like one at high rpm and then another at low rpm for circulation. My prior pool also had an intelliflo but I didn’t have automation so I just did it on the manual display.

Thanks for any help!

Tim,

Each Circuit can have one assigned speed.

To add speeds, you use Feature circuits and assign a speed to each feature circuit that you use.

Here is my speed list. I have pool set to the lowest speed I ever use and then add speeds from there. Skim Low, Skim high, and Waterfall are all Feature circuits.

Please let me know if this is not clear.

Thanks,

Jim R.

I think it did, but you can download the latest version from Pentair's website:

Be aware that it won't run on a Mac running a 64-bit operating system, not without emulation software anyway. Not sure about Windows... I think it's OK over there.

Thank you. I've got it downloaded and logged in, but I'm not really seeing this as any different from my iphone app. Here is what I'm seering under features. I don't know how to add things such as skimmer, low rpm, high rpm, suction etc and adjust the rpms. I can't believe this is as un-user friendly as it is... Here is what I'm seeing. Thank you for the help!

It appears obvious to me that the tech who set up my automation didn't add any other features except 'pool' and 'spa'. This is very frustrating! Can anyone tell me if it's possible to add in those features at this point?

Yah, it's pretty bad. There are two components to the software. The one you're in there is called ScreenLogic Connect (or just "ScreenLogic"). The other component is called ScreenLogic Configurator (or just "Configurator"). Jim's screen shot is from Configurator, and it's within that component that you setup and name additional features. That's on a Mac anyway, I think it's the same on Windows. In the startup screen, where you first launch ScreenLogic, look for another button that launches Configurator. The mobile app versions are similar: two separate apps, one to run things, the other to set them up. That's why you're not seeing how to do this in the mobile app. Pentair's software developers should be drawn and quartered, but that's frowned upon these days... :cautious:

You'll setup the new feature, and its associated RPM setting in Configurator, then switch over to ScreenLogic to schedule it. Some of the settings are in both components, others can only be done in one or the other. I think you can change RPMs in both, but only schedule in one, and name them in the other. Fun stuff.

Jim knows this stuff inside out. I can maybe help you limp along, just until he finishes his dinner... 🍝

Thank you very much. I got mostly what I needed. Funny how eager techs are to pick up the phone when they want your job but can't be reached for days when they get a callback haha. Quartering is a bit harsh but I would sign on a healthy tar and feathering. Thank you very much once again!

Configure Screenlogic is at the bottom of the login screen. Click on that. That is where you set up the Circuit functions, etc.
