How to reset fauts on a Jamdy JXiQ heater

I totally forgot I’d covered the equipment with a tarp and tried to heat up my spa. I guess it wasn’t getting enough oxygen and is now giving me a fault of “too many flameouts”. The service required button is blinking and I can’t seem to get it to restart. Does anyone know how I would reset it?

Remove power for a minute using the service disconnect or breaker.

You can also press and hold the UP and MODE at the same time until the display flashes. This will reset to factory defaults.

Should have thought of that (I work in IT). I saw the arrow+mode suggestions online… I was heating the spa so is “spa” my mode button?

And the fault is still there when I power it back on…

Found it. On my model it is holding Pool Menu and Spa and it brings up a menu to reset last fault (actually it says latch fault ha ha) but it worked. Thanks for the assist!
