how to remove v grids from doughboy sequel 2 filter?

this is the first year we've had a pool and it was crystal clear from day 1 thanks to TFP. unfortunately we spent a few hundred bucks before finding the site on a bunch of stuff that's never going to get used. just wanted to start off by saying thanks TFP.

I've winterized the pool, but can't figure out how to remove the v grids from my de filter to wash them. anyone have experience they'd care to share?

While I am not familiar with your filter, maybe the link below to the manual may be of some help. I do not see any maintenance regarding removing the grids, but if no luck with other members, maybe contact the manufacturer. As with any filter, once you start working from the outside, the grids should be able to come off easily. Maybe the schematic will help. Please keep us posted!
