How To Read an AquaRite Chlorinator Panel

This pool site is AWESOME !!!

I am learning soooooooooo much.

Unfortunately, I still shudder when I open my panel.

Is there anyone that can tell me what the below means? It flashes in sequence all day long and I'm not sure if I'm in trouble.

P.S. I did clean out the cell last week with Muriatic acid.



POOL CHLORINATOR = 50%

INSPECT CELL
HOLD + TO RESET

SALT LEVEL = 2800

CHECK SYSTEM
INSPECT CELL

After a certain amount of time it always pops up that warning to remind you to inspect the cell. It doesn't mean you need to clean the salad just means you're supposed to inspect it. If your CH is fairly low and you're keeping control of your pH there's probably not even a need to inspect it. So just hold the plus sign to reset the warning.

I would suggest that you add 4 - 600ppm of salt to the pool.
