How to protect light colored (off-white) concrete deck?

Finally can afford an in-ground pool but my wife wants something "modern" looking. I was able to talk her down from Travertine but now she's set on white concrete and a dark bottom pool. I also like that look but am concerned that an off-white deck will need to be hosed down every few days (we get a lot of ag dust/dirt here) and will be easily stained (we have two young kids and we enjoy wine). Not to mention cracks standing out more and it being difficult to match for future repairs. Leaning towards a brushed finish for safety. Any suggestions for sealers that won't cause yellowing or make it slippery? Thanks!

Concrete is concrete. It absorbs stains. I have spilled red wine and it eventually comes off. See below I have what is called "stone marking". Stone marking is a good cross between stamping and plain concrete as it only costs $1/sq foot extra. It is put in while the concrete is still wet. Stamping is nice but costs a lot of money. Most concrete is brushed by default.
