How to dispose of old water test chemicals

Hi -

Just got my new water test chemicals for the 2020 season.
What do I do with the chemicals left over from last season?
We live on a septic system.....wondering if I can dump them down the sink?

Welcome to TFP.

I think all the old test chemicals can be dumped down your sink drain with the water running to dilute them. The chemicals are dyes and mild acids that are less then many food products like vinegar.
