I would keep your FC up around 10 ppm or so for another 24 hours, trying to get that cc result to .5 ppm or less.
I would then perform the OCLT to see if you still have some remaining baqua goo to clear up.
If you pass the OCLT, you would be fine to change out the sand and then get your CYA in the pool
Resist the temptation to let your chlorine get too low. I have a feeling you have a bit more organics to clear from your pool
