My PH is 7.0, I need to raise it. Rather than dumping in some Borax, I am going to run a hose from the pump and pump filtered water back into the pool like a makeshift waterfall. How quickly will this impact the PH level. I will test it again later but wanted to get some sort of ballpark idea how long I should keep the hose running.
How quickly does PH rise when aerating?

Roger that. Will continue to test and try to arrive at some sort of figure/per hour to note.
just FYI, i ran my sprayer to raise my pH also, i ran it for 5 hours and it raised it from 7.0 to 7.2 just to kinda give you what mine did
Throw a couple kids in and tell 'em to aerate it. Twenty minutes. If there's any water left in the pool.

TA of 90 with a SWG and waterfall doing the aeration and got a PH rise of .4/day from 7.0 to 7.4.
Mine raises from 7.0 to 7.2 within a day with no aeration. TA 100.

What I mean is pH generally comes up by itself.
If you’re aerating you can lead yourself to beleive you did it!
