How nitpicky should we be

My husband is noticing many many flaws in our pool..I don't know if any are a huge deal or will be problems later
1)Top of his list our pebble has a few white spots speckled in the bottom of the pool
2)One of the corners of our steps a thicker ledge of the Pebble finish dried and hardened and he is afraid over time that can chunk off.
3)coping has nicks in it.huge chunk missing by skimmer basket.
4) the fountain water spout looks like it needs attention .the left side looks like it's missing grout.
5) travertine...not sure if it's just the nature of travertine but lots of rusty looking spots and holes ..

Do any pools come out great..this is all normal right?

Go be nit picky with your builder and see how much he agrees with. Take your best shot and see what he can do.

Post some pics of the problem areas and let us see how it compares to others experiences.

This pic is the fountain issue ..the left side..we are not letting this go. It's a fixable issue it just looks really weird right now
