Got it 95% drained over night with a little help from my neighbor's submersible pump. Starting the refill. Is there anything I need to test or do while it is refilling?

No. Once full, run the pump for a few hours, brush, etc and then grab a sample and run your tests. Be prepared with liquid chlorine and muriatic acid for any adjustments.
