Apologies if this has been asked. I searched but could not find a straight answer. I tested yesterday and my FC was at a 2. Because my CYA is at 50/60 it was recommended to bring my FC up to a 6. I just entered my levels into Pool Math app and added the recommended amount of 6% bleach slowly in front of a return jet with the pump/filter running. How long should I wait to swim?

20 min or so should be fine, especially if you have good water circulation at those return jets. If you still have concerns about it dispersing, you can sweep the area a bit as well. 
If you pour it in front of a return it will dilute quickly. I'd wait 15 minutes or so. Just my personal opinion.
I'd put the jug back and then go jump in. If you dive in or just cannonball in and swim away, even if you're in a pocket of bleach you won't be for long. And you'll help mix it,
