While slamming my pool the pump ran 24/7, it’s still running however I was wondering how many hours a day the pump should run?

Excellent article and others have discussed this but I am finding that 3 hours a day is perfectly fine for me. It runs for 1.5 in the AM and then another 1.5 in the evening. I was running it for 4 hours, but staying nice and clear so thought maybe 3 would be good enough...so far, so good!
