How is Maytronics with their Warranty

Looks like there was water ingress where there wasn’t supposed to be in my E70.

It’s still under warranty, should this be covered?

If it is how long does it take to get the issue resolved?

i just found this video. my sigma stopped working correctly and is still under warranty so i am sending for repair.
