Some may think this is silly but I save a decent amount of money. It’s not as easy but it’s not that hard either . I buy 5 gallon carboys . They’re 12.5%. I then put them into manageable containers. I use a table I built and a deep fry oil funnel .

I don't go through enough chlorine to make this feasible. That amount of chlorine would have lost most of it's effectiveness by the time I had used even half of it.
