How frequently is backwashing needed right after plaster install?

I have read on here that after a new plaster installation, the pump needs to run 24/7 for several days to a week. My question is how often should I need to backwash during the first two to three days?

I ask because I may need to be out of town during one or two of the first three days and am trying to devise a game plan on how to monitor the new equipment.

I do not remember having to backwash immediately, but there is lots of brushing the first week or so. Do you have a plan for that?

Good point. New plaster requires brushing twice a day for the first week or so?
