The track this telescoping enclosure is on is bonded. Do I have to also bond each section of the telescoping enclosure even though it rolls on the track that is grounded/ bonded???? Could I just attach steel wheels to each section so that the steel is in constant contact with the grounded track. Currently the wheels on it are small nylon rollers resting on the aluminum frame.
