How do I use my discounts?

I donated Gold and got 2 emails, but they don’t really explain how I can use my discounts. I was going to order the TFP Pro w/salt test kit and figured it was a good time to go ahead and donate and get a discount. A win/win for both of us, but I cannot see how to use the discount? Also the email told me to choose an item from The cafe press store but when I do a price comes up? If I need to send my requested item to someone else, who do I sent it to with my address?
