How do I set up my SWCG run time and generation?

Can you guys tell me about my T-9 aquarite cell? I have a 10,000 gallon pool. Right now my VS pump runs for 2 hours a day at a speed that would activate the salt cell and I have it set to 100%. I can't tell if that's a good setting or not.

You can use the “Effects of Adding” section in PoolMath to calculate.

I clicked the magnifying glass next to 24-Hour output, selected your SWG and it populated the 0.98.

It looks like your current settings will add 1 ppm per day.

I’d expect that you’ll need more than that per day in Tampa.

First things first, do you have an accurate test kit? If you're using strips or the pool store for FC testing, none of this will make any difference.

Next, given the math done by magiteck, the answer is almost certainly "no."

Have a look at either PoolMath or here: SWG Run Time Calculator

You'll likely need 4ppm or more, depending on your CYA level and amount of sunlight that hits your pool.

Once you get a good test kit, you'll start getting a feel for what length of time and percentage to run your system to keep up with the daily loss to sunlight. Add a little more for when you've got swimmers in the pool.

Edit: Running a VS pump (which you have) at a very low RPM is basically the equivalent of leaving a single 100w light bulb on. There's no real reason not to run your pump 24/7 and significantly lower the SWG percentage.
