Hot Tub Jet Won’t Stay In

Hello,

I have an X3 hot tub that was here when I purchased my house. It’s the older model of the link below.

The large massage jet popped out, and it looks like the white 1” retaining clip (snap ring?) is deteriorated. I cannot find the ring or jet replacement online anywhere.

Does anyone have any leads/ideas? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried calling LPI customer support? (423) 349-2900

Honestly, I would be surprised if you actually get someone to help there but it's always worth a shot.

Post up the size of that jet, I'm sure we can find it somewhere. LPI is buying that from either CMP or Waterway. They don't make any of that stuff.

If I'm not mistaken, that is only part of the jet. Does the outer ring that this was in turn? If so, it needs to come out. You'll probably have more luck finding it then. It should even have a part number somewhere.
