Everything works. Jets work fine. I use to have a FLO error. That is fixed. But now system constantly calls for heat running the heater always on, hence my power bill is through the roof. I'm wondering if it could be the control pad or is it the spa pack itself. IN.X3 5-11-H4.0 and 450 keypad

It might cost a little to heat the spa up, but once hot, spas do not normally use a lot of electricity.
Obviously, you need to have a good cover, and the spa should have come with the tub insulated from underneath,

What is the temp set point and does the tub get to that point?
Do you have a circulation pump? What is the filter cycle set for? Normally one would set it for 2 hours a cycle, twice a day. Setting F2.
