Hose leaking

I hope this isn’t nothing more than a lose hose but noticed this this afternoon. I ran vacuum for first time and the pump was doing this

That looks like a pump union, have you attempted to tighten it by hand? There should be an o-ring under that threaded union and you may need to open it up, check it, and lube it with o-ring grease (silicone grease).
Don't be temped to tighten it with tools or it may crack and you will have bigger issues.

Ok I’ll do it in the am. Did have issues with getting it on

I can not move it by hand! The filter is on Filter. What do I need to do to remove this hose? It seems it’s under pressure from the skimmer
