Ive been having to put more water than usual for evaporation. I had work done on the filter and the handle is facing the opposite way im used to. The backwash hose has water running through it when i have it on filter. The pool co is no longer open. Go figure. Anyway, can i just remove the handle and reverse it back . Or are the guts shot or worn since it was reversed. It did backwash and rinse properly but the flow coming from the hose was strong enough to leave a 4 inch hole in the dirt.
