Hissing sound from Spa/Deck area

Hello,

I'm encountering a hissing/air/water sound from my spa/deck area, only when the filter pump is running. There's no visible leakage or malfunction, but the sound is unusual and concerning.

I've attached a video for reference. Could this be a sign of a hidden issue? Any insights or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated.

This a new pool? Old pool? Were things working fine until you heard this hissing? Any work done around the spa or deck around the time you hard the hissing?

Are you losing water from the pool or spa?

There is no natural gas line nearby, correct?

Does the hissing sound to your mind sound more like a hiss of air being sucked into something or more like a water leaking from something?

Hi, this is a brand new pool. The pool builder said it's the pipes running underneath the spa.
