I have a 28,000 gallon diving pool in Arizona and my phosphate level was super high at Leslie’s at 2650. They recommended Orenda PR 10,000 but it’s been 48 hours and the green has lessened but still present. It’s not algae just a bright green water. Everything else was fine on the reading. Any suggestions thanks!

Phosphates are not your issue.
If the pool water is green without algae, that is copper.

I'll bet it's algae and it needs a SLAM. Go to the Pool School tab and read it fully.

2650 parts per BILLION is not very much. It is measured in parts per BILLION, not ppm million as other chemicals.
