High Ph low TA

There are a couple things I can think of contributing to a consistently high Ph, we have a Fastlane Swim Pro that the wife uses for her Triathlon training 3-4 times a week and the pool is about 2yrs old (plaster). My TA has been slowly dropping over the past few weeks and I know if I add sodium bicarbonate to raise it 8 will also raise the Ph.

I do not have any. It would seem to me something is being added to push the pH that high. And to do it without raising the TA, is very odd.
 
You are correct that your 2 year old plaster together with the swim pump is what is driving your pH higher. What is the TA and pH of your fill water? Look for any other products that may be driving up your pH up. You can get the acid demand reagent from TFtestkits to confirm your meters test result and acid demand. Contine watching the TA,

Fill water:
pH- 6.8-7
TA- 190-200

Check those FC numbers again. Looks like you swapped some values.
