High Cya and phosphates

Don't know if I am lucky or what. I got my water tested and here are my results.
FC 9.5
TC 9.5
Alk 135
Total Alk 78
PH 7.6
CYA 200
Phosphates 5695 ppb

Water is crystal clear no algea at all. I tested my water mainly since I was away for 4 days and there was a heat wave 96 deg f and rain storms. There was a good amount of leaves and debris that I cleaned out today and it's all clear now.

Wondering should I worry about the high Phosphates and CYA or let it ride.

Welcome to the forum!
You need a proper test kit. I suggest the TF-100/Pro or Taylor K2006C. A proper test kit is needed to get the accurate water chemistry results needed to follow the TFP protocols.
Once you get your test kit, run a full set of pool water chemistry tests and post the results here.
IF the CYA is that high, you should plan on a substantial water exchange. A CYA of 50 ppm would be best for your climate.
I suggest you read through Pool Care Basics - Trouble Free Pool and even look at a few of our videos TFP-TV - Trouble Free Pool

A second to mknauss's advice. Pool store tests (and test strips) are notorious for being really wrong.
If your CYA is really that high (and probably not) you would need an astronomically high amount of FC to keep it sanitary.
So time to use a valid testing method, before launching into a pretty large replacement of the water...

The pool store teat was on a laser machine connected to a laptop
Yes. We are well aware. It's crud. Here are their tolerances and why it's problematic :
