Yes ,you've come to right place. Do your reading in pool school. Get back here with all your questions. In the meantime time get yourself one of the highly recommended testing kits so you never need to walk into the pool store. Let us know what equipment you'll be having so you can be guided accordingly. If your getting a salt pool then get the Pro kit and it'll have all you ever need. If this is a chlorine pool their TF-100 kit will suffice but I highly recommend the speed stirr. Sounds complicated but when you come full circle you will blend right in.
