Help!

Ph is low, alkalinity is higj as well as chlorine. We are new to pool ownership. Bought house with pool
Old owners used it maybe 5 times in 4 years. Are currently trying to get it clear as well. Any help would be great. We live almost 2 hours from the closest pool store....trying to avoid that drive.

What are you testing your water chemistry with? Post up your test results from your own test kit.
Do you have a Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc nearby? Nearly all of the products you need for a pool are sold at those stores.
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
